Do you have a desire to get your hands dirty? Learn a new skill? Witness a smile and changed life because of your efforts? And while we do prefer certain skill sets, our volunteers require no specific background, with heart and a desire to serve as our only required prerequisites

While financial donations are the greatest need and keep us running, there are other ways to contribute as well! Donating materials and tools we require to repair and alter wheelchairs goes a long way to offset our expenses, allowing us to direct our finances wherever they are needed

From the recipients
A wheelchair represents more than just mobility. It provides people with the opportunity to attend school, pursue careers, and be a part of their community. For many people, access to mobility aids is the single greatest barrier they will ever face. A wheelchair is worth so much more than the chair itself. With so much at stake, it is impossible to estimate the value of this equipment to someone dependent upon it.
